CLP Maintenance Plan

How would you like to get work done around the house without the fear of getting charged an arm and a leg every time?

We are working on a solution for you.  Introducing our CLP Maintenance Plan.  Plan participants don't have to worry about the price. They know that all they have to do is call us and it will be done. All they will be billed for is material.

Program Benefits Include:

• Annual gutter cleaning

• 12 Service hours per year

• Discounted Additional Services

• Renewal Discounts

We will include one annual gutter cleaning at your convenience. This does NOT count towards your service hours.

Your plan will also include your first 12 hours of service. If you use all 12 service hours don't worry, we will give you discounts on all additional service calls while your plan is in effect.

This plan covers labor only. Materials are extra and services we do not offer are not included in this plan. Heat and air, gas, major plumbing and major electrical work are not included.

If you do not use all your annual service hours don't worry, we will give you up to a 15% discount off the current price when you renew your plan.
